The site owner likes to modify his site frequently and since all web design clients get an hour of maintenance each month at no charge, he knows he can make changes without being billed for each t crossing and i dotting.
• Above Awnings, Anaheim, Orange County, California, has been selling, installing, and repairing awnings throughout Southern California for over a decade. Now their site gets a facelift of its own.
• Bargain Real Estate 4 U. Tax liens expert David Zussman sells newly remodeled homes at bargain rates along with thousands of low cost tax liens available for purchase throughout the U.S.
• Center for Spiritual Living, Capistrano Valley, Orange County, California. The international headquarters is attempting to standardize their affiliate sites and this one was coded by us to replicate down to the pixel an illustration they provided. This and other not for profit organizations normally get discounted services or pro bono on occasion.
• Desert Homes Land Real Estate, Coachella Valley, California. A basic online brochure for a full-service realtor in the Palm Springs area, this newly redesigned site provides information about buying and sell homes in the region plus a guide to the many beautiful desert communities.
• Distressed Realty Fund I LLC, Newport Beach, Orange County, California, is a real estate investment fund for California investors. The site provides all the necessary paperwork to download along with hundreds of photos of properties managed by the fund.
• Flamingo Jewelry, San Clemente, Orange County, California. Creates hand crafted artisan jewelry, making necklaces, rings, and earrings from the finest pearls, precious, and semi-precious stones found world wide. The site owner is not ready for online sales but the site still displays the complete product line and allows for mail orders.
• The Franchise Consultants, San Bernardino, California. Franchising, business, and market development consultants. Bright colors can be business-like and professional. The site owner does much of their own updating. The Franchise Company is one of our oldest clients
• Gavin Arts, San Juan Capistrano, Orange County, California. Fine art, graphic design, posters, apparel. A husband and wife team, painting, designing, creating up and down California and beyond. Ecommerce and gallery in one.
• goldfish design, La Jolla, California. Online store and gallery features unique custom denim jackets including many tributes to the world of speedway racing. The shopping cart is powered by PayPal but maintains the site’s unique look and feel. The business is renewing itself so the site is on hold for the moment.
• JLC Associates, Inc., Costa Mesa, Orange County, California. Commercial construction general contractor in Southern California. Most of their clients are referred and so they use their site as a brochure to show clients and others.

• Life Saver Pool Fence by Pool Safety Systems, Santa Ana, Orange County, California. Sells pool fences, nets, alarms, and other products for backyard safety. The web site includes several water safety information pages. This benefits site visitors and at the same time lets Google know that the site is relevant for related searches.
• Menesstral, Irvine, Orange County, California. Beyond a few informational pages, this site is hidden behind a password the site owner distributes to trusted clients so as to protect products in a very competitive industry.
• Norman National Group, Inc. is a nationwide investigative service with headquarters in Laguna Niguel, Orange County, California. Jim Norman, president, is a retired FBI agent whose network of agents includes other former FBI agents, all with the experience, knowledge, and connections to get things done.
• R. Hahn & Company, Seal Beach, Orange County, California. Consulting and training in counter-terrorism and explosives. The site features multiple sections all on a single page, for the convenience of site visitors in a hurry.
• SafeWater Pool Systems, Anaheim, Orange County, California. Sells and installs safety nets and safety fences throughout Southern California for swimming pools, ponds, etc. Their site is an online brochure, an opportunity for customers to request a quote, and a resource for safety and drowning prevention tips.
